**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead the development and execution of strategic programs that drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in program management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful Program Director will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing effective program strategies that align with organizational goals;
  • Leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless program delivery;
  • Maintaining open communication channels and ensuring timely issue resolution;
  • Evaluating program performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 5 years in program/project management;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and experience leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to manage projects across time zones and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
