Job Overview

A Program Management Director oversees the comprehensive delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. They define project scopes, monitor execution of deliverables, and facilitate communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive successful delivery of web and mobile projects, adhering to technical standards and best practices.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Exhibit influencing and advisory skills.
  • Make informed decisions regarding team direction.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems applying across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic planning, execution, and delivery of custom web and mobile channel implementation projects from inception to launch.
  • Strong understanding of technologies including web (React, Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), mobile platforms (iOS, Android, native and hybrid frameworks), APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proficiency in Program Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
  • Full-time education equivalent to 15 years.
