About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Associate Director Strategy. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our company's growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership and departmental heads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining a sustainable growth strategy for the business unit (BU)
  • Leading planning cycles, including 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year cycles for the country
  • Developing and executing long-term strategic business initiatives from concept to delivery under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
  • Establishing frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management
  • Working collaboratively with diverse teams to drive best practice solutions
  • Providing project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, financial management, change management across the project portfolio
  • Ensuring the realization of program benefits through effective identification, quantification, and realization planning
  • Maintaining and updating the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO
  • Data analysis: transforming unstructured data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions
  • Structuring ambiguous problems and taking action to solve them
  • Mining insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business transformation
  • Adept at primary and secondary research on markets and consumer trends
  • Benchmarking across ABI globally (internally) and externally across other CPGs/FMCGs on best practices
  • Developing business cases for important areas of the business, including new product launches, brand expansions, innovations, and expansion projects
  • Financial modeling to craft scenarios and build P&Ls based on different levers
  • Managing and compiling program-related financial and KPI information
  • Tracking financial reporting while ensuring adherence to corporate financial processes
  • Preparing regular status reports for senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Mandate international experience and a consultancy background with 7+ years of experience
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies
  • Ability to deliver impactful insights
  • Robust financial modeling skills
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Valuations, M&As, growth strategy experience is a plus
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in efficient Change Management methods
