Executive Director of Strategic Foresight

About the Role:

  • Develop and direct a research hub focused on interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct and publish annual reports on global trends in technology, geopolitics, and sustainability, providing actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Create and teach graduate-level courses in futures thinking, policy foresight, and scenario planning, equipping students with the skills to navigate complex global challenges.
  • Promote partnerships with governments, think tanks, and corporations on strategic foresight projects, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and growth.
  • Mentor doctoral students and research fellows in foresight studies, nurturing the next generation of leaders.
  • Represent us at international forums and conferences, promoting our reputation as a thought leader in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Policy, or related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of the subject matter.
  • Possess an internationally recognized scholarly record, with publications that have made significant contributions to the field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in policy advisory, foresight consulting, or global think tanks, showcasing expertise in navigating complex global challenges.
  • Nurture strong global academic and industry networks, facilitating collaborations and knowledge exchange.
