About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and incorporating successful result-oriented strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Founder Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop operational strategies and generate new business within the framework of DSP corporate plan as directed by the Founder Director, being the key point of contact for international and domestic clients.
- Support the Founder Director in preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and related activities to service and develop contracts and relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Assist the Founder Director in preparing documentation required for key decision-making.
- Accurately record minutes from meetings.
- Maintain necessary records providing current, accurate, and accessible information.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and data profiling relevant to business expansion and generation.
- Prepare documents for review and presentation by directors.
- Manage team members, lead and assist meetings, and supervise when needed.
