Job Title: Product Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to scaling our Universal Directory and Imports framework across various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of our Universal Directory through informed product strategy, vision, and execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve our Lifecycle Management platform by refining our imports framework and prioritizing strategic integrations.
  • Create roadmaps that balance competing priorities and focus on delivering high-value work.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic vision, innovation, product decisions, and prioritization.
  • Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering and design teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop differentiated solutions from competitors.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise-scale B2B SaaS products or comparable relevant experience.
  • Experience building or product managing high-scale platform products.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated business results from shipped products, features, or capabilities.
