Role: Strategic Marketing Director

Job Summary:

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Indian market. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive sales across various channels.
  • Collaborate with country sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and communications, preferably in the Indian market.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly creative and innovative with a passion for original concepts and ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
