Regional Director Opportunity

Drive strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Financial Strategy

    • Develop and implement financial plans to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to analyze performance data and inform business decisions.
    • Establish annual budgets and forecasts for the region.

  • Operational Performance

    • Oversee daily operations across 5 sites, ensuring seamless client experiences and operational reliability.
    • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and compliance adherence.
    • Leverage technology to improve visibility and control over operations.

  • Growth and Development Initiatives

    • Design and execute revenue growth strategies through new services, partnerships, and community outreach.
    • Partner with marketing and clinical teams to strengthen client acquisition and retention.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion within the region.

  • Culture and Leadership

    • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including clinical operations, front-desk, and support staff.
    • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture built on accountability and empathy.
    • Develop training programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the network.

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance

    • Ensure strict adherence to clinical, legal, and regulatory standards for mental health operations in Karnataka.
    • Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain quality-of-care protocols and safety standards across all facilities.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • 5+ years of experience in P&L leadership, operations, or general management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service-led industries.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and delivering financial and operational results.
    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Good-to-Haves:

    • Prior experience in healthcare or wellness sectors.
    • Understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, or clinical operations.
