Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

This role involves cultivating and maintaining high-level relationships with key stakeholders, aligning our offerings with their strategic objectives, and driving the generation of group health insurance business through assigned affinity channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and resolving challenges. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of group health insurance products and Bancassurance models.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at Banks' Head Offices (HOs) and Third-Party Insurance departments.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for central relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Understand the strategic objectives of affinity partners and align our offerings accordingly.
  4. Drive the generation of group health insurance business through assigned affinity channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at a strategic level.
  • Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of group health insurance products, especially GMC, and Bancassurance models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
