Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Relationship Builder.

As a key member of our consumer banking group, you will play a vital role in acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new accounts from the local market
  • Source salary accounts from corporate clients
  • Activate opened accounts, link them to digital payment systems, maintain account balances, and increase customer engagement with our financial products
  • Participate in community outreach events and corporate inductions to drive business growth
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and identify new opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and products
