Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding customer relationships within the Yes Premia segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the existing customer base and through client acquisition.
  • Financial Solutions: Handle banking and investment needs of clients, offering appropriate financial solutions.

  • Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service.
