Job Title: Client Relationship Builder

About the Role

This position is designed for a 3-month training program aimed at developing skills in high-end wealth advisory and client acquisition strategies. The selected candidate will be equipped to engage with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) / Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and acquire new clients through referrals, events, and networking.
  • Promote and explain investment products such as Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and fixed income products.
  • Understand client requirements and risk profiles to support suitable financial product recommendations.

To be eligible, you should be a final-year MBA/PGDM student (Finance/Marketing/Business Administration preferred). Having a basic understanding of mutual funds, wealth management, or private banking is an advantage. NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification is preferred, while additional certifications like X-A/X-B, CFP, CWM are a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic knowledge of mutual funds, wealth management, or private banking; final-year MBA/PGDM student (Finance/Marketing/Business Administration preferred); NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification preferred; additional certifications like X-A/X-B, CFP, CWM are a plus.
