As an Engagement Manager, you will support senior leadership in the growth of sales to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leaders in managing key client accounts.
  • Discover unmet needs or potential service gaps that could represent new opportunities.
  • Create sales materials and tailored presentations to support upsell or renewal opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate documents for RFI and RFP responses.
  • Conduct preliminary research on client organization changes that could signal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders on how to align internal solutions to client needs.
  • Respond to routine client queries and escalate issues where needed.

  • Presentation and pitching skills to create a strong impression.
  • Clear and professional communication in both verbal and written formats.
