Senior Client Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers and acquiring High Net Worth relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish ties with HNI/UHNI clients by designing and implementing their financial plans.
- Ensure that they receive and execute on the right advice.
- Manage teams to acquire HNI/UHNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent).
- Maintain client relationships and generate AUM from preferred clients.
- Support team in advising Affluent clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio.
- Help track the Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market for new client acquisition.
- Research, investigate and update team on available investment opportunities/financial market trend.
- Coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients.
- Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
