Job Title: Relationship Builder

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Builder. This role requires the ability to identify and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, vendors, manufacturers, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development strategies and be able to formulate plans to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, vendors, manufacturers, etc.
  • Formulate business development strategies to achieve disbursement targets and maintain portfolio profitability and quality.
  • Liaise with zonal and regional managers to detail out business targets for the financial year.
  • Build networks and strategic alliances with OEMs and dealers to drive business development, profitability, and productivity.
  • Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues and generate revenue from untapped markets.
  • Drive process and system improvements to improve turnaround time and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales.
  • Experience in CE channel sales.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
