
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales numbers and achieving business targets through aggressive sales tactics, while enhancing and upgrading client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. They will also be responsible for maximizing sales through a network of distributors, managing connector and builder relationships, and developing new markets.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring files are processed from login stage to disbursement, and liaising with internal departments to complete tasks efficiently.
Sales Planning and Team Management:The Relationship Manager will be responsible for optimizing team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers to achieve results and meet business targets. This will involve aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities, leading and supervising the team, and implementing growth strategies through training and motivation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market, and ensuring compliance to all audit and NHB regulations.
Industry & Governance:The Relationship Manager will be required to keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies. They will also be responsible for using their understanding of the markets and competition to provide valuable insights to the central product and policy team.
