Key Responsibilities:

- Must having experience working in IT Business development role with IT clients
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunitiesthe company's growth through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.
- Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies.

Required skills and qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development in the Indian business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
