We are a growing Australian-based business seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Development & Marketing Executive

to join our India team.

You'll be working closely with our Australian office to identify new opportunities, craft winning proposals, coordinate marketing activities, and help drive growth.

This is a dynamic role that blends business development, marketing coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the Australian market
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools to build qualified lead lists
  • Conduct outreach through personalised LinkedIn messages and follow-up sequences
  • Proposal & Pitch Deck Preparation
  • Draft compelling proposals tailored to client needs
  • Design professional pitch decks using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and offers
  • Tender & Job Board Management
  • Monitor tender portals (e.g., AusTender, Tenderlink) and prepare submissions
  • Review tender requirements and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate supporting documents for bids and proposals
  • Marketing Coordination
  • Oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with the digital marketing team
  • Monitor ad performance and flag issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative assets
  • Reporting & Organisation
  • Maintain CRM records and track the progress of leads
  • Prepare weekly reports on business development activities
  • Manage timelines and deadlines for proposals, tenders, and campaigns

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in business development, sales support, or marketing coordination
  • Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional communication is essential)
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify qualified opportunities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and job/tender portals
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to work partially within Australian time zones

Preferred

  • Experience working with Australian or Western markets
  • Previous involvement in tender writing or proposal development
  • Exposure to digital marketing campaign management
