Role & Responsibilities
Lead 2W & 3W growth strategy. Analyse and identify new pursuits from target OEMs, convert them into a business.
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned one
- Business Development- Getting RFQs from customers and converting them into business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyse and identify new business opportunities from the OEM customer base and optimise profit and increase revenues.
- Control pricing, deal price and other sales proposal activities.
- Identify new markets to expand our market base to increase revenue and profit generation.
- Involved in direct customer negotiations, negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Analyse the market to determine the latest trends, customer needs, competitors position, and depth of customer base to redesign marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify customer requirements to translate them into product specifications.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Forecasts Sales-Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare a regular report for senior detailing sales and marketing performance.
- Brand Development
- Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE Mechanical, Automobile or Electrical with 5-10 yrs in Automotive Industry.
The Manager - Marketing & BD will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing business development activities, identifying new market opportunities, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Preferred experience in 2 and 3 Wh EV Industry.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing business development activities
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and measurable results
- Target oriented Business Development- Getting RFQs from customers and converting them into business.
