Business Developer
to drive growth and build strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market, including partnerships, enterprise sales, and strategic collaborations.
  • Lead Generation & Sales:
    Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    Handle contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing the resources and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
  • Reporting:
    Track performance and meet revenue targets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    Freshers or 1+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in [industry, e.g., SaaS, co-working, real estate, etc.].
  • Market Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the US business landscape, customer behaviors, and cultural nuances.
  • Networking & Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
  • Sales Expertise:
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Ability to structure deals and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Self-Starter:
    Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the co-working space or real estate sector (if applicable).
  • Existing network of business contacts in the US.
