Sales Executive

Job Description:
Pristine Developers is seeking highly motivated and well-groomed Sales Executives to join our luxury real estate sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-net-worth clients, showcasing premium residential properties, and closing high-value real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
- Present and promote luxury residential properties to potential buyers.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking , referrals, site visits, and events.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable premium properties.
- Conduct property site visits, negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
- Ensure smooth coordination with legal, finance, and documentation teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups through CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable with a professional and confident personality.
- Experience in luxury real estate, high-end automobile sales, or premium hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of Punes real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
