About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Senior BDR, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
