About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth
for the Educart 9 to 12 segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our
presence in schools, coaching centers, and distributor networks, ensuring the product
reaches the right academic stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and market penetration for Educarts 912 grade product range.
Build and manage strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and coaching
institutes.
Develop and manage a network of distributors and channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in senior
secondary education.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits efficiently.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in academic sales (preferably K12 segment).
Strong network and rapport with schools and coaching institutes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
