Position: Manager - Business Development & Client Reach
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Pune/Bangalore & Kolkata
Reporting to GM Sales & Marketing

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The role involves achieving revenue targets as per business plan through effective sales and marketing strategies
Key Result Areas include:
1. Achieving Revenue Targets
- Establishing and achieving Revenue Target for the year
- Planning of Booking Target based on revenue target.
2. Establishing Marketing reach & implementation of business development strategies
- Branding
- Lead Generation and Funnel Management
- Business Development & Sales Management
- Alliance / Association Management, Government Institutions Management, Business Partner Management, and Institute Partners
3. Achieving Gross Margin targets
- Capable of providing strong support in the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability.
4. Budgeting and Reporting
- To seek Budget Approval for Sales and Marketing on an annual basis
- To publish Monthly MIS, with Dashboard on Achievements, Progress, Concerns and Future Plans
- To control cost of departmental expenditure
5. Training & Development
- Building, training and developing Sales & Marketing team
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, establishing personal networks and Liasoning with professional bodies
Candidate Profile:
Education Bachelors Degree preferably Engineering in any discipline is preferred
Any degree in Business Management is an added advantage.
Work Experience Must have 5-6years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in a fairly
large professionally managed organizations.
A sales professional with strong negotiation skills, equally effective at identifying opportunities, developing and providing business solutions. A seasoned sales manager with comprehensive experience in formulating strategic plans, directing business operations & focusing on customer retention.
Languages: English, Hindi proficiency along with regional languages like Kannada/Marathi & Bengali is preferred

- Passion to work with people and build relationships
NOTE :The Position is based either at Kolkata & Pune/Bangalore and involves extensive travel across India, on a frequent basis.
