Employee Relations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist.
This role is focused on building strong relationships with employees, developing Employee Relations practices and people strategy, and addressing employment and employee relations issues.
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be the vital link between our consultants and the employee experience.
You will play a key role in enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention while identifying growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with business consultants across the US.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues.
- Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
- Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
- Collaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong people management and interpersonal skills, sound decision-making and analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management.
Bonus points for proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong marketing skills, and academic background in Human Resources or a related field.
