As a National Sales Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for creating regional sales and development plans that align with business objectives and developing regional businesses through and with distributors, partners, and key accounts. You will also be expected to achieve or exceed quantitative and qualitative sales objectives, provide input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts, and prepare reports on market trends, consumers, and competitive activities. Additionally, you will perform ad hoc support as assigned.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry. A diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business, chemistry, or food engineering is necessary, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, problem-solving attitude, and proficiency in CRM & MS Office and other software programs.
