Job Description: NSM Special and Custom Solar Modules
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development: India and Global
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for

special and custom solar modules

across targeted industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including niche markets that require customized solar solutions like government sectors of Defence and Railways.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including

Channel Partners, EPCs, project developers, architects, and industrial clients .
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Drive Ecommerce Sales in India and Globally
Client Relationship Management:
Engage with clients to understand their specific solar energy needs and recommend

tailored solar solutions .
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of

customized solar solutions .
Technical Sales & Product Knowledge:
Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding

custom-built solar panels, special PV module designs, and unique installation requirements .
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in

solar PV technology, regulations, and industry best practices .
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a sales team (if applicable) to achieve targets and expand market reach.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for special solar modules.
Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of custom solar products.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree

in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience

in Sales with minimum 5years in solar energy sales,
Strong knowledge of

solar PV technology, custom module design, and integration .
Proven track record in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and

market expansion .
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with

custom solar solutions for commercial, industrial, and niche applications .
Strong network within the

solar energy sector, EPCs, and project developers .
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software.
