Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced
National Sales Manager
to spearhead our sales efforts across India and other regions. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, manage a team of regional sales managers, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement national sales strategies
to meet or exceed business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals , offering guidance, coaching, and growth opportunities to enhance team performance.
Analyze market trends and sales data
to uncover growth opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
Build and nurture relationships
with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and customer loyalty.
Collaborate closely with
marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams
to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with business goals.
Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
to ensure targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Proactively
identify and address sales challenges
and risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance in all sales operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing , or a related field.
Minimum
8-10 years of sales experience , preferably in bath fittings, sanitaryware, or faucets, with at least
3-5 years in a leadership role .
Proven track record of
successful sales management
and team leadership.
Exceptional
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills .
Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities .
Willingness to travel
up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
or other advanced business qualifications.
Experience in the
bathware or related industry .
Sales or leadership certifications .
Proficiency with
CRM software
and
sales analytics tools .
