Job Overview

Talent Junction is seeking a seasoned National Key Account Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

About the Position:

  1. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel and industrial products industries.
  2. You will be responsible for meeting assigned targets for share of business and growth in assigned key account customers.
  3. You will develop and execute strategies to drive customer stickiness and retention, working closely with our business unit heads and sales team.
  4. You will ensure timely service of customer requirements and formulate strategies to achieve 100% OTIF delivery and customer delight.
  5. You will have a clear understanding of our plant production process, capabilities, and constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet assigned targets for share of business and growth in assigned key account customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer stickiness and retention.
  • Work closely with business unit heads and sales team to prioritize orders and communicate priority system to customers.
  • Ensure timely service of customer requirements.
  • Formulate strategies to achieve 100% OTIF delivery and customer delight.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Sales and Marketing.
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel and industrial products industries.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with a unique blend of business and technical acumen.
  • Innovative vision, drive, and passion to understand market and business needs.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts to solutions for customers and the team.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
