Talent Junction is seeking a seasoned National Key Account Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
About the Position:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel and industrial products industries.
- You will be responsible for meeting assigned targets for share of business and growth in assigned key account customers.
- You will develop and execute strategies to drive customer stickiness and retention, working closely with our business unit heads and sales team.
- You will ensure timely service of customer requirements and formulate strategies to achieve 100% OTIF delivery and customer delight.
- You will have a clear understanding of our plant production process, capabilities, and constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned targets for share of business and growth in assigned key account customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer stickiness and retention.
- Work closely with business unit heads and sales team to prioritize orders and communicate priority system to customers.
- Ensure timely service of customer requirements.
- Formulate strategies to achieve 100% OTIF delivery and customer delight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel and industrial products industries.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with a unique blend of business and technical acumen.
- Innovative vision, drive, and passion to understand market and business needs.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts to solutions for customers and the team.
- Coaching, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
