Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion in our enterprise segment.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for the enterprise market.
- Identify target accounts, assess market opportunities, and define go-to-market approaches.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales with 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with complex sales strategy development capabilities.
- Pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- CRM software and other sales enablement tools familiarity.
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to travel as necessary.
