Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion in our enterprise segment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for the enterprise market.
  • Identify target accounts, assess market opportunities, and define go-to-market approaches.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales with 3+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with complex sales strategy development capabilities.
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • CRM software and other sales enablement tools familiarity.
