We are seeking innovative sales professionals to help us reach more customers. As a key member of our team, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Job Description:
Lead the full sales cycle, from qualifying opportunities to closing strategic deals and promoting long-term partnerships. Conduct effective discovery calls to identify prospect requirements and pain points, and articulate company value proposition aligned with prospect needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted enterprises/ICP
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect's domain, business, and functional challenges and needs
- Qualify leads based on established criteria (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience selling complex software platforms to CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, or Enterprise Architecture teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, integration challenges, and automation opportunities in BFSI
- Proven experience working with middleware and data integration platforms like Mulesoft, Mendix, Dell Boomi, or similar technologies
- Strong consultative skills and ability to understand client issues, identify gaps, and match them with platform features
