Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the manufacturing and quality applications sectors. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, selling high-value software solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Acquiring New Clients: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industrial sectors, including manufacturing, consumer products, aerospace, life sciences, and more.
  • Selling High-Value Software Solutions: Leverage your expertise to sell complex software solutions that support digitalization and quality improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Managing the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and accurate CRM records to ensure continuous growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software sales within manufacturing, industrial automation, or quality management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing environments, including business challenges and digital transformation trends.
  • Strong network within manufacturing, engineering, and quality domains.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting metrics.
