
Enterprise Business Growth Specialist

This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise accounts. The primary goal is to drive business growth within these accounts by aligning IT solutions with the business goals of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Take full ownership of managing relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in IT sales or account management.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT solutions, including System Integration, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, and Cybersecurity.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning IT solutions with customer business objectives.
