Job Title: Enterprise Growth Specialist

Business Area: Retail Banking

Job Purpose: To assess and enhance existing program-related processes, systems, and resources, suggesting improvements to boost the organizational infrastructure. Ensure strategic objectives across program operations are met in line with program redesign, automation, workforce optimization, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing Product Strategies with complete business performance accountability.
  • Project Management - establishing and managing governance of programs and campaigns to ensure implementation stays on track.
  • Industry benchmarking regarding product, process, and service delivery.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing innovative Marketing campaigns, promotions, activities, schemes, and programs to enhance cross-sell and up-sell of products and services.
  • Digitization is a key theme for the Bank. Identifying and implementing the best available technology for all products and channels.
  • Collaborating closely with the technology team to identify and implement digital solutions for product process management of specific product channels.
  • Ensuring effective internal control systems are in place, procedures, techniques are formulated, and executed efficiently to minimize regulatory operational losses.
  • Defining the revenue model and operating plan for product and business as per the defined budget framework.
  • Assessing and reviewing existing campaigns and their life cycle, publishing reports to Senior Management and channel for further improvement opportunities.
  • Creating suitable metrics for performance measurement and effective tracking of the strategic transformation program against defined plans.
