Enterprise Integration Specialist

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to drive enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves solution design, development, and leadership across integration projects with global exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design & architecture of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and AWS API Gateway.
  • Define long-term integration strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and enforce development methodologies.
  • Create source-to-target mapping design specifications and integration flow diagrams.
  • Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs/integration flows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compatibility of integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE), Salesforce, E-commerce, and other enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate emerging integration tools/technologies and recommend adoption.
  • Guide teams with proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise integration experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft (Mule 4 preferred).
  • MuleSoft certifications (Developer/Architect) preferred.
  • Strong expertise in API design, integration architecture & MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Hands-on with at least one programming language (Java, .NET, or C#).
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and code management platforms.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale integration projects.
