Lead Enterprise Sales

The Lead Enterprise Sales role will lead enterprise sales across driving revenue, margin, and growth with private-sector clients purchasing solutions from KhetPe, BhoomiSure, and SwanSat.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position responsible for the entire sales lifecycle – pipeline building, solution selling, key account management, and closing deals.
  • You will lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the target market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Motivate and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the enterprise software or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
