Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic College Partnerships Development Lead to foster strategic collaborations with colleges and universities in India.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and expand partnerships that align with our training and certification programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partnership Identification: Research potential colleges and universities in India to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Develop trust-based relationships with principals, directors, and other decision-makers to strengthen collaboration.
  • Customized Partnership Models: Design tailored partnership models to maximize value for partner institutions.
  • Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations and finalize mutually beneficial terms.
  • Program Implementation & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track partnership performance using KPIs and provide regular reports.
  • Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Drive enrollments and revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
  • Brand Representation: Represent us at education fairs and industry conferences to promote our offerings.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on trends in higher education and skill development policies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership or institutional sales.
  • Strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
