The Manager - Talent Acquisition position is a critical role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across functions, including planning, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers to ensure seamless integration into the business.

Workforce Planning:

  • Coordinate with business and HR teams to understand current and future talent needs, identifying areas of focus for strategic growth.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles like front-line sales agents/advisors to mitigate risks and ensure continuity.

Vendor & Agency Management:

  • Engage with and manage external recruitment vendors and consultants to optimize performance metrics and improve overall efficiency.
  • Track performance metrics of vendors, focusing on quality, turnaround time, and cost-effectiveness to inform future partnerships.

Candidate Experience:

  • Deliver timely and professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and smooth experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Create a seamless transition from sourcing to onboarding, minimizing delays and maximizing candidate satisfaction.
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and handover to HR operations for efficient onboarding and reduced administrative burdens.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field, with a strong foundation in human resources principles and practices.
  • Bring 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI or insurance sector, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
