Job Title

Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring seamless integration of new employees.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new hires, enhancing their transition into the organization.
  • Oversee employee relations, maintaining a positive working environment and addressing employee concerns promptly.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, aligning with business objectives.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to excel.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, serving as a strategic partner to the business.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to adapt to changing legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex issues and drive results-oriented solutions.
