The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. This role involves developing HR policies and procedures, conducting training programs, managing employee benefits, and resolving conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and select top talent.
- Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to ensure employees meet performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
