About Talent Acquisition Role:
House of EdTech is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Create and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to identify potential candidates with the right skills and experience.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation by creating a positive candidate experience and boosting visibility in the job market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Prior experience in hiring sales professionals (Business Development Associates) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
