Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources

The role is an HR generalist position that encompasses a range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, human resources analytics, and learning and development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with partners to meet their talent requirements.

The successful candidate will be expected to work from the office, 5 days a week, and must have a strong focus on achieving excellence in terms of timeliness and quality of work. Additionally, they should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and have a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews with partners, managing offers, and post-offer engagement.
  2. Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis, as well as collecting feedback from new joiners and employees.
  3. Manage Internship Process
  4. Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on the Employee Experience calendar.
  5. L&D: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs.
  6. HR Projects: Willingness to take on HR projects in any talent-focused area and plan and execute.
  7. HR Analytics/Dashboards: Ability to create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a good and consistent academic record, with an MBA in Human Resources from a reputable university preferred.
