- Assist with HR and accounting tasks, including record-keeping and data entry, ensuring compliance.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and project coordination, enhancing team efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and managing front-desk operations if required.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients, fostering strong relationships.
This is a full-time role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the office and supporting various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
