Requirements

  • Strong recruiting skills, coupled with the ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and drive business outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees, with a focus on enhancing knowledge and skills
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment
