About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Revenue Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth through strategic execution.

Your responsibilities will revolve around executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management. This includes pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.

You will be responsible for managing extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimizing our presence on various platforms to drive bookings. Additionally, you will monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive, configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS), and perform stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

  • Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.
  • OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings.
  • Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.
  • Rate Plan (PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
