As Revenue Operations Executives, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will focus on executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.
  • OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings.
  • Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.
  • Rate Plan Configuration: Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).

**Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
  • A hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers and Revenue/Sales Associates.
