Job Overview:

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing and managing recruitment initiatives. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with clients on high-volume recruitment projects, leading and supporting a team of recruiters.

  • Work closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to support client recruitment life cycles.
  • Provide timely updates on contractor contracts, including renewals and terminations.
  • Support HR Managers with the onboarding of new contractors, consultants, and employees.
  • Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items, such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Set up meetings and make reservations for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure new jobs are opened and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal and review published updates.
  • Learn principles of candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Support background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment directly during high-volume periods.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to create Monthly KPI Reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency in English is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities
