Senior Recruitment Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our recruitment team remotely. As the ideal candidate, you will have 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

The successful Senior Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries. They will also mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to enhance their sourcing, screening, and client management skills.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and workload.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Achieve team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
