Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, policy implementation, and talent development. They will be responsible for driving business results through effective HR practices and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of HR initiatives across the organization.
  • Employee Life-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, providing support during audits and investigations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
