We are seeking a senior technology leader with managerial responsibilities to provide strategic direction for our India technology operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead India-based teams of software engineering staff, data scientists, and other technical staff involved in the development of clinically relevant, AI-enabled, enterprise-level health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Manage the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical and care management perspective.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Develop and implement internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Optimize team performance by continuously improving and implementing project management tools and processes.
  • Foster innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform ideas from high-level business problem statements to practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.
  • Grow the team through highly selective hiring and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in running and leading teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Skills:

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to translate insights into requirements.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
